The Progress Evening will be held in the Academy and will provide you with the vitally important opportunity to discuss your child’s current progress. 

Parents and carers will be able to make appointments online using SchoolCloud and each “in person” appointment will last no longer than 5 minutes so that our staff can meet with all the parents of pupils who they teach. Parents/carers will be seen in order of booked appointments and anyone without an appointment may not be able to speak to their child’s teachers. The system will only recognise the information we have on record for pupils and therefore, what you input in terms of your title (Mr / Miss Ms/ Mrs) and the spelling of names must match exactly with the information submitted on the pupil data collection form. The system will recognise the details for priority 1 and priority 2 contacts only. 

Teachers can inform parents and carers about how pupils are doing in each of their subjects. On the evening, there will also be an opportunity for you to speak with the team who provide pastoral care for Year 8.

Appointment times are 5 minute slots only, so please ensure that you attend each appointment on time. If you do not make appointments, we can not guarantee that teachers will have time to speak to parents and carers so please do log on and book appointments. Senior staff will also be available to answer any questions.
