Letter to Year 11 Pupils

Letter to Year 11 Pupils

Dear Parent/Carer,
We do hope that you are well at this time and that you are continuing to engage with the ‘next step learning’, live learning and careers guidance that have been uploaded to google classroom.

As you will be aware, the last official date for Year 11 pupils to be in attendance at school is the last Friday in June. However, these are difficult times and we want to reassure you that we remain to be here for you until the end of the academic year. You can always contact us through the various communication channels that are in place.

We also want to let you know that those of you in receipt of the FSM Co-op Voucher will continue to receive this allocation until the week commencing July 13th 2020, despite your leaving date being in advance of this. If you have any questions regarding this then please do get in touch with Ms Campbell-Jones.

Ms Hands will be in touch with you regarding the process that will be in place on GCSE results day, Thursday 20th August 2020, to enable you to collect your results safely. The academy is also committed to ensuring that the year group has the opportunity to come together once it is safe to do so. Although we know that this cannot be this academic year due to government guidance, there will be a future event organised for you to say your goodbyes.

We hope that you and your families are continuing to stay safe and well at this time.

With best wishes

R Smith
