Co-op Academy North Manchester's Class of 2024 Celebrates GCSE Results Day

Pupils at Co-op Academy North Manchester celebrated their GCSE results today, marking the culmination of years of dedication and perseverance for the Class of 2024. The academy is immensely proud of their achievements, which have paved the way for exciting opportunities at colleges, sixth forms, and apprenticeships.

Ms. Hands is once again incredibly proud of the achievements of the Class of 2024. They have come a long way, and their results today are a testament to their hard work and commitment, as well as that of their teachers. We have seen some outstanding individual grades, and it was wonderful to hear about their future plans on results day. They have set a high bar for the Class of 2025, and we look forward to seeing and hearing about their happy and successful futures as they move into the next chapter of their lives. They move forward as great ambassadors not just for Co-op Academy North Manchester, but for the entire North Manchester community. Good luck, Class of 2024, and step up, Class of 2025!

Ola celebrated an outstanding set of results, earning four grade 9s, three grade 8s, and two grade 7s. She shared, "I feel like I've done my best, and my hard work has truly paid off. I'm thrilled with my grade 9s!" Ola will be continuing her studies in Biochemistry and Maths at College

Destiny was thrilled with her results, earning a mix of 5s and 4s across all subjects. She is excited to continue her education by studying Criminology at Manchester College. She expressed her joy, saying, "I'm over the moon! I can hardly believe I got these grade. My hard work has really paid off!"

 

Tomi earned top marks with 9s in Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. He said 'I'm so happy with my results' and plans to continue his studies in Biochemistry, Maths and Biology and hopes to pursue a career in Medicine. 

 

 

Toby earned a strong set of results, with a mix of 8s, 7s, and 6s, along with a Distinction in Music. He was actively involved in the academy's performing arts productions throughout his time there. Toby will be continuing his studies at Connell College, where he plans to study Physics, Biology, and Maths, with the goal of becoming a paramedic.

 

Michael earned an impressive set of results and shared, "You can do anything if you put your mind to it!" His advice to the Class of 2025 is to stay consistent in their studies. Michael will be pursuing Further Maths, Maths, Physics, and Computer Science, with hopes of contributing to the world through Physics research.

 

Amira (pictured centre) achieved an impressive set of results, including a Level 2 Distinction in Health and Social Care. She expressed her excitement, saying, "I am ecstatic about my result, it was worth all the hard work!" Amira will be attending Oldham Sixth Form College to study Sport BTEC, Art, and English Language.

Prissie (pictured left) was delighted with her Maths result and will be pursuing Health and Social Care at college.

Brenilla (pictured right) shared, "I’m really proud of myself! I’m so happy with my English Literature result." She will continue her studies in Health and Social Care at Connell College.
