Open Evening, Thursday 27th June 2024
On Thursday 27th June 2024 we are pleased to invite Years 5 & 6 pupils and their parents/carers to our Open Evening.
At Co-op Academy North Manchester, we hold the highest expectations and aspirations for all our pupils. Our vision of achieving excellence in everything we do, enabling us to lead happy and successful lives, has never been more meaningful or crucial than it is now.
Experience our vision in action by booking a tour, where you'll witness it unfold in our classrooms, through the talents of our artists, musicians, and sports opportunities. The pupils at North Manchester speak highly of their extra-curricular activities, their dedicated teachers and support staff, and our culture of mutual respect and value.
We greatly appreciate our pupils' families and aim to uncover each child's unique talent, while holding them to the highest academic standards and developing their confidence through a wealth of enriching opportunities and strong, supportive pastoral care.
The evening will take place from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the final tour commencing at 6:00 pm. During the evening, Ms. Hands, the Principal, will host the headteacher's presentation at 5:00pm and 6:00pm

Our curriculum at Co-op Academy North Manchester
Developing reflective pupils with a fascination for learning, who are active citizens in school and the wider community, is important to us. High aspirations, spiritual, moral, social and cultural education are at the core of our curriculum.
Our extra-curricular offer
A rich extra-curricular offer and experiences are at the heart of our school.
Special Educational Needs
We make sure that all our pupils, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) make good and consistent progress.
Our vulnerable pupils and children with SEND feel confident and safe within their environment.
Pastoral Support
Everyone in the Co-op Academy North Manchester community cares about each other.
We all believe in working together for the best in everyone and our vision is to ensure that every pupil will go on to lead a happy and successful life when they leave us.
Safeguarding
We always want to work together with parents and carers to make sure that every pupil can achieve excellence in all that they do. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and have a specialist team of staff who lead safeguarding in our academy.
