GCSE Certificate Collection
We are pleased to inform the Class of 2024 that their exam certificates for Summer 2024 are now available for collection. We will be holding a small celebration on Wednesday 22nd January 2025, where the Class of 2024 are invited to collect certificates and celebrate with staff members that are able to join the event. We will share details on the timings of the event following the Christmas break.
Alternatively, if people would like their certificates earlier or they are not able to attend this event, they will be able to collect them from the Main Reception from Tuesday 7th January 2025.
Certificate collection hours are 11am - 2pm.
ID will be required to collect certificates in person. If a third-party person is going to collect certificates, please fill in the form attached below. The third-party collector must have this form or a written letter giving the pupil's consent and also proof of their ID. If they do not have any ID, we will not release the certificates to them.
Please be reminded that certificates are legal documents and therefore the school can only retain them for 1-year after the stated collection date, and then they will be destroyed. Replacement certificates will be charged at approx. £55 and will be available from the individual exam boards.
All certificates should be checked by the person collecting the certificates, and signed for upon collection to ensure their accuracy. The school will not be held liable for any inaccuracies once the certificates have been signed for.
