Arbor Help Guide for Parents & Carers

We are really pleased that so many of our parents and carers have logged into the new Arbor Parent App.  From September we will only be using the Arbor Parent App to communicate with you. This will include all pupil end of year reports and all payments including lunches, trips and events etc..  At the end of the school term we will no longer be using ParentMail and other apps including ClassCharts.  

If you haven't been able to login yet, don't worry, we are here to help.  

How to get started 

  1. Wait for your welcome email from Arbor 

  2. Click the link in your welcome email

  3. To finish creating your account you need to create a password.  To do this click on ‘Forgotten Password?’

  4. Add in your email address and click ‘reset password’

  5. You’ll then receive another email, click the link to set your password

  6. You will then be logged in when you create your new password

  7. Accept the Terms & Conditions and enter your child’s birthday

  8. You can then close your browser and switch to using the App

How to download the App

  1. Go to the App store or Google Play Store on your phone and search ‘Arbor’ 

  2. Click ‘Install’ on Android or ‘Get’ on iPhone then open the App 

  3. Enter your email, select the school, then enter your password 

  4. Next you'll need to select your school.

As part of the switch over to Arbor Parent App you will need to top up your child's lunch account ready for September.   

How to top up your child's dinner money from September 2024. 

  1. Select the menu icon and then click the payments button

  2. Click an account to see more information, or top up.

  3. Click on the green button to top up the account by inputting your card details.

  4. Input the amount to top up, then click pay.
