Former pupils are invited to join this small celebration and reconnect with some of their Year 11 teachers and pastoral staff, who are eager to hear about their recent experiences and accomplishments.

Certificate Collection Details

• Personal Collection: No ID is required for those collecting their certificates in person on the day.
• Third-Party Collection: If someone else will be collecting certificates on your behalf, they must bring either a completed consent form (available on the reverse of the original letter) or a written letter of consent. The third party must also provide proof of their ID. Certificates will not be released without these documents.

Important Information

• Examination certificates are legal documents and must be handled carefully. The academy can only retain uncollected certificates for one year after the collection date. After this period, they will be securely destroyed.
• Replacement certificates can only be obtained directly from the relevant exam boards, at an approximate cost of £55.
• Certificates should be checked for accuracy at the time of collection, and recipients will be required to sign for them. The academy cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies once the certificates have been signed for.
