After studying Sports Development with Physical Education at Liverpool John Moore's University. I became passionate about educating pupils physically and developing them holistically through sport and thereafter completed my PGCE. I have always been driven to provide opportunities outside the classroom for students to gain valuable life experiences and to develop skills through a wide range of extra-curricular activities and as such, I have been fortunate enough to hold many roles at Co-op Academy North Manchester: Teaching and Learning Coach, Second in PE, Head of Year, Vulnerable Pupil Lead, and currently I am proud to be Assistant Vice Principal: Attendance and Designated Safeguarding Lead and I am intent on supporting young people so that fundamentally they feel safe and are supported in our academy.
